What is coaching?
Imagine closing the door and spending time with your own confidential sounding board, mentor, and teacher. This is your coach and she is someone who is one hundred percent focused on you and your goals. Your coach really listens and is genuinely interested in what you have to say. You can be yourself and think about the deepest longings of your heart. You can talk about your fears, concerns and regrets. There is no criticism or judgment.
Your coach asks great questions, gives you time to breathe and think, shares your struggles and celebrates your triumphs!
Are you beginning to understand why the most successful and fulfilled people partner with a coach? There’s just about no limit to the ways you can benefit from coaching including the goals below:
Do you want to grow your capacity to deal with the complexity of your workplace or the challenges in your most important relationships? A leadership coach helps you focus, communicate and deliver on your most important goals.
Are you a new or seasoned believer who wants to grow spiritually? A spiritual coach will come alongside you to help you explore your relationship with Jesus as you learn to follow him.
Can you imagine what is possible if you maximize the energy, experience and wisdom of your team? Your family? Your small group leaders? A team coach helps jumpstart and accelerate the process of working together to achieve a common goal.
Jane is one of the most effective executive coaches that I know. She is goal oriented and a strong advocate for helping executives and leaders find the best path to the achievement of those goals. She creates a safe space for the critical reflection and work that leaders must go through to further develop their teams, departments businesses, etc. Additionally, her approach is not cookie cutter but customized for the client. I highly recommend Jane for executive coaching, team development, and other organization development or talent engagement needs.
